Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “User”) and North Star Global LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Minnesota limited liability company, regarding the IntelBricks website, applications, APIs, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

IntelBricks is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation in any way. Roblox® and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. The Service is an independent intelligence product. We do not claim to be endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Roblox Corporation.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your access credentials and for keeping any credentials confidential. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access at our sole discretion.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal informational purposes.

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, mirror, or bulk-export the Service except through documented public features we expressly permit;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or non-public models except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
• interfere with security, rate limits, authentication, or other Users’ access;
• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing activity;
• misrepresent data from the Service as official Roblox Corporation, Creator Dashboard, or DevEx statements;
• sublicense, resell, or commercially redistribute Service contents without our prior written consent.

The Service aggregates and models publicly available and observed market signals. Rankings, footprints, forecasts, USD conversions, breakout labels, and similar outputs are estimates and opinions — not audited financials, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or official platform metrics.

History windows cover only data captured by IntelBricks after an experience enters our archive. Past performance and projected signals do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Service.

The Service — including software, design, copy, indexes, models, trademarks, and compilations — is owned by North Star Global LLC or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted by implication or otherwise. Third-party marks (including Roblox) remain the property of their owners.

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or attribution.

The Service may link to or rely on third parties (hosting, analytics when consented, CDN, public Roblox APIs). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, APIs, availability, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DATA WILL BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, North Star Global LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless North Star Global LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of law or third-party rights; or (d) any content or data you submit.

Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@intelbricks.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days.

Binding arbitration. Except for claims eligible for small-claims court or suits seeking injunctive relief for IP misuse, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration will be Minneapolis, Minnesota. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. If a court or arbitrator finds this waiver unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) must proceed in court, and the remainder of this section continues in force.

Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@intelbricks.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your full name and the email associated with your use (if any). Opting out does not affect other Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration section, exclusive venue for any permitted court action lies in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any reason, including breach or risk to the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and dispute terms) survive termination.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on that subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. There are no third-party beneficiaries except as expressly stated. Notices to us must be sent to legal@intelbricks.com.
